The clinic. Our clinic is purpose built for active people- climbers, surfers, hikers and anyone who demands more from their body. We go beyond the traditional physio set up with a fully equipped rehab space featuring a squat rack, cable attachments and a landmine attachment so recovery isn’t limited to a treatment table.

We’ll start with a relaxed chat about what’s been going on, how it’s affecting you and what you’d like to get back to. From there we will move into a physical assessment to look at the problem in more detail and see how your movement and symptoms are being affected.

Initial Assessment
Once we understand what’s going on, we’ll work together to map out a clear rehab plan build around your goals, lifestyle, and recovery timeline. We’ll talk through each step so you know what to expect, why you’re doing it, and we’ll progress along the way. The aim is for you to feel involved, confident, and supported throughout the whole journey
Make a Plan Together
Rehab doesn’t stop when the session ends. We can keep in touch with regular check-ins and support between appointments, giving you the chance to ask questions, track progress and make sure things are moving in the right direction.
